IDEA Fitness Journal…Resetting Your Success Thermostat
For several years I have not only been a member of the IDEA organization but a huge beneficiary. They contribute so much to our industry…between their publications, workshops, and the massive IDEA World Fitness Convention. It is nice to now and then be able to give back.
