IDEA Fitness Journal…Resetting Your Success Thermostat
For several years I have¬†not only been a¬†member of the IDEA organization but a huge beneficiary.¬†They contribute so much to our industry…between their publications, workshops, and the massive IDEA World Fitness Convention. ¬†
