According to my guest on last night’s Personal Trainer Mastery Teleseminar series that statement is not true…that is unless the medicine we’re talking about is exercise. Michael Seril’s career even his life is dedicated to having the medical community recognize that exercise should and must be the first form of medicine they prescribe to their patients.
