Let Go To Receive

For the greater part of my personal and professional life (especially early on) I struggled with believing that I should be further along, achieving more, accomplishing more, experiencing more. But it wasn’t until I let go of needing more that more presented itself.

During an interview I once told Muscle and Fitness Magazine that “being in shape and contest ready was like wearing bullet proof armor on stage… I felt invincible like no one could touch me.” That armor extended way beyond the competition stage.
